Recently built, our Bed & Breakfast is realized with design furnitures with soft and relaxing colors, taking particular attention to the environment sustainability and energy saving.
1 double bed, 2 single beds, internet wi-fi connection, satellite TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, desk and chair, hair dryer, corner for the common breakfast.
The accommodation is cleaned daily and the bed linen and towels every three days. The transfer service from Linate Airport or from the train station is included for stays longer than one month. At the time of booking is required a credit card guarantee.
Cancellations must be made 7 days before the day of arrival (check-in). In case of no communication took place within the time specified will be charged the entire stay. In periods of Fairs and Events you may be required to pay at time of booking via credit card.
Check-In: from 14:00 to 20:00 (till 24:00 with additional charge)
Check-Out: until 11:00
It is required to communicate soon as possible changing time of arrival or departure. Check-in from 20:00 until 24:00 will will get an additional surcharge of 20,00. Check-in by appointment from 14.00 to 20.00.
You can also access to the structure in a different times only in special cases notified in advance by e-mail. Upon arrival well ask to confirm the period of stay and the payment of the agreed price, less the advance if paid before. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and are not allowed dogs or other animals. The owner is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by supply companies or force majeure.
Prices
The room price shown is for one night, two people, including breakfast.
Extra Person: the extra person has an additional surcharge of 25,00 for one night.
Booking through the website provides the total cost for the nights requested and the number of people included. The tourist tax is not included to the total price.
It will be applied to the price of high season during major trade fairs and local events. It is required to pay at check-in. |
